Tomorrow morning!
It's on.
I've learned new challenging exercises... get excited...

What to bring?
A mat or towel
A friend
A water bottle

A soy cappuccino for the teacher (optional, but :10 less on your plank! :20 if it's from Handlebar Coffee.)
A good attitude!
